Our homestay families are visited and monitored on a regular basis. Once the basic accommodation requirements are met they are then chosen on the basis of their friendliness and interest in welcoming students into their homes and trying their best to provide them with a “home from home” while they are studying in Alpha.
Many of our former students request their first host family when they return to us for a 2nd or 3rd time and recommend “their” family to their friends. Families regularly stay in touch with their students and as many of our families have been hosting students for us for more than 10 years many of them have a wide network of friends across the world.
