TUITION FEES
Tuition fees include course materials, use of
text book, use of the library, listening room, computer assisted
learning packages, students’ room, internet and email facilities,
WiFi facility. Text books may be ordered at time of
registration or may be purchased in the college.

ACCOMMODATION
CHARGES
Host family accommodation is on a single room,
half-board basis, (breakfast and evening meal each day, all meals
at weekends) with light laundry service.

No refunds will be given for absence from the
family for occasional days.
Students who wish to vacate their room for 5
days or more will be charged a fee to hold the room.
The summer supplement price applies to students
staying with a host family over Christmas.
Excursions are provided instead of classes on
public holidays.
The College will be closed
on: 01-06/01/08; 17/03/08; 24/03/08; 05/05/08; 02/06/08; 04/08/08; 27/10/08;
22/12/08-04/01/09.

Refunds
• The Administration fee is not refunded under any circumstances.
• No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures
or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
• In some cases host family accommodation costs may be refunded but
only for full weeks which have not been used up.
• Accommodation costs are never refunded for a portion of a week.
Cancellation Fee
• A cancellation fee of €250 applies when a course is cancelled less
than 1 week before course commencement date.
