Taking the concept of the "Movember" charity fundraising and making it his own, our "Moustached and Bearded" Marketing Manager Stephen took up the challenge of shaving his 16-year-old goatee if he could raise €250 for charity. He was counting on his friends and colleagues who all dipped into their pockets to ensure it would happen.
Stephen finally raised €445! The shaving ceremony was held today at
11:00 in Alpha College of English, in front of a group of witnesses.
Stephen will give all funds to the Irish Cancer Society.
