Colin Farrell filming opposite Alpha College!

As one of the oldest historic streets in Dublin, North Great George's Street is regularly chosen as a movie set.
Today we had the chance to have a peek at the preparations and filming of a new movie: Triage, starring Irish actor Colin Farrell, veteran Christopher Lee and Spanish actress Paz Vega.

 

Needless to say that the staff and students were very enthusiastic!! The filming was set just across the street from Alpha College and we were lucky enough to be allowed to watch the short scene when Colin gets out of a taxi to enter a building opposite Alpha.

Elisabetta, 32, an Italian student in political science, came to Alpha College of English on a funding programme from her region in Italy.
She attended a three week English Course at Alpha College before starting an eleven week work experience in Dublin.
