At a recent awards ceremony, Dublin’s very own Guinness Storehouse was crowned the top visitor attraction in all of Europe, beating such iconic as the Eiffel Tower, Buckingham Palace and The Colosseum of Rome.

The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin has welcomed over 13 million visitors through it’s famous gates since it opened in 2006 – and many of those visitors have been Alpha College students on guided tours!

The Storehouse teaches visitors about the rich and varied history of the world famous stout beer and even gives you the opportunity to learn how to pour the perfect pint by yourself – which is not as easy as it may seem at first.

An amazing 92% of visitors to the Guinness Storehouse are not Irish so it’s not just us who think it’s a great tour, millions of visitors from all over the globe also enjoy the history and taste of Guinness as well as the amazing views to be enjoyed from the Gravity Bar overlooking the city.

If you haven’t been to the Storehouse on an Alpha College tour, why not make sure you get yourself booked in on the next one and enjoy Europe’s number one tourist attraction while you are in Dublin!
